Crystalline
Exploring various gems, minerals, and other specimens with the use of macro photography in order to study their highly ordered microscopic structure. The varience of crystallinity can be described by four quantitave levels. Holocrystalline which are completely crystalline and then hypocrystalline that are crystals embedded in amorphous or glassy matrix. Hypohyaline refering to partially glass and finally, holohyaline which are completely glassy.
